• For sizes above XXL, a customization charge of ₹199 will apply, along with additional fabric charges based on the kurta you select for customization. Our team will email you the details of any extra charges.

• After placing your order, please send your Order ID and size specifications via email within 2 hours to info@seedesigns.in.

• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Customized products will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days after the order is placed.

Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged if unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged within 7 days of delivery.
  

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted for unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged products, within 7 days of delivery.
• Return approval is subject to investigation and discretion.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after quality check.
