We offer same-day delivery within the Delhi/NCR region, available exclusively for prepaid orders only. Please note that shipping charges (via Wefast/Uber) will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, or you may choose to pay us directly.

- Customization is available for prepaid orders only.Unfortunately, we cannot process customization for COD orders.
- Select any standard size and proceed with the purchase.
- A customization charge of ₹199 rupees applies for sizes XS to XXL.
- For sizes above XXL, a customization charge of ₹199 will apply, along with additional fabric charges based on the kurta you select for customization. Our team will email you the details of any extra charges.
- After placing your order, please send your Order ID and size specifications via email within 2 hours to info@seedesigns.in.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized products will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days after the order is placed.
Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged if unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged within 7 days of delivery.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted for unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged products, within 7 days of delivery.
- Return approval is subject to investigation and discretion.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after quality check.
Refunds for Free Product Deals
- Items from flash sales, ₹99 stores, or BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for returns.
Important Notes
- ₹99 reverse shipment charges apply.
- If you used the "NORETURN10" coupon, you’re not eligible for returns or refunds, but exchanges for size are allowed (subject to availability).
